INSERT CONTRACT Online Course Contract
This Online Course Contract ('Agreement') is entered into between Leadership 4 Lawyers ('Company') and the student ('Participant'). By purchasing this program, the Participant agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
1. Scope of Online Course
The Company agrees to provide access to the online course titled 'The Confident Lawyer' ('Course') upon successful registration and payment. The Course will be delivered via an online platform, which includes instructional materials, resources, and any supplementary content as detailed on the Course sales page.
2. Course Terms
The Participant agrees to abide by the rules, regulations, and policies set forth by the Company for the duration of the Course. The Company reserves the right to update the Course content and structure as deemed necessary.
3. Fees
The total fee for the Course is $2000 (unless Pre-Sale or Other Coupon Code for a total price of $1500 as stated on the invoice), payable upon registration or through an approved installment plan. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in this Agreement.
4. Installment Plan Requirements
Participants who opt for an installment plan agree to make timely payments according to the schedule provided. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in suspension or termination of access to the Course.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds will be provided only if requested within 7 days of the Course start date. No refunds will be granted after this period. Requests must be made in writing via email to [email address].
6. Personal Information
The Company will collect and process personal information as necessary for the administration of the Course. All information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
7. Student Contributions
Participants are expected to engage in the Course actively, complete all required assignments, and maintain professionalism during interactions.
8. Bonuses
The Company may offer additional bonuses or resources as part of the Course. These bonuses are provided at the Company’s discretion and are subject to change.
9. Copyright

10. Termination

12. Service Location
The Course is delivered online and accessible through the Company’s designated platform. The Participant must have internet access and the necessary technology to access the Course materials.
13. Confidentiality
Participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding other students' contributions and personal information shared within the Course.
14. Assumption of Risk Using Online Platform
The Participant assumes all risks associated with the use of the online platform, including but not limited to technical issues or outages.
15. Indemnification
The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in the Course.
16. Maximum Damages
The Company’s maximum liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Participant.
17. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Participant’s use of the Course.
18. Force Majeure
The Company is not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or technical difficulties.
19. Inability of Company to Continue Course
If the Company is unable to continue providing the Course, it will provide notice to Participants and may issue a prorated refund.
20. Professional Disclaimer
The Course is intended for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal or professional advice.
21. No Guarantees
The Company does not guarantee any specific results from participation in the Course. Success depends on the Participant’s efforts and engagement.
22. Release & Reasonable Expectations
The Participant releases the Company from any claims related to their participation in the Course. Participants are expected to have realistic expectations regarding outcomes.
23. Spam Policy
The Company will not send spam emails and expects Participants to communicate respectfully without spamming other members or staff.
24. Warranty Disclaimer
The Company makes no warranties regarding the Course content, including its accuracy, completeness, or usefulness.
25. Sales Tax
The Participant is responsible for any applicable sales tax associated with the purchase of the Course.
26. Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
27. Venue & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Massachusetts, USA, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts, USA.
29. Transfer
The Participant may not transfer or assign this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Company.
30. Severability & No Waiver
If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. The Company’s failure to enforce any provision does not waive its rights.
31. Headings
Headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of the Agreement.
32. Notice
All notices under this Agreement must be in writing and sent to the addresses provided by the parties. Electronic communications are considered acceptable notice.
